About Clint Ferrell:

Clint Ferrell is native to Raleigh and received a degree in Management & Marketing from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro. He started his career in commercial brokerage in 1998 at one of the oldest and largest firms in the Triangle market. Over the past 13 years, Clint has leased or sold over 1 million square feet of space and sold over 2,000 acres of land. Clint founded Icon Commercial in 2005. Icon Commercial provides exclusive tenant/buyer and landlord/seller representative services to local, corporate, and government entities. Additionally, Icon can assist clients in development, build to suite opportunities, and consulting. Clint has developed relationships in all facets of the commercial real estate business that enable him to solve the challenges that ultimately face many clients. Clint has experience managing legal issues, government challenges, architectural/engineering challenges, development possibilities, and construction costs. Through these professional contacts and experience he has been able to successfully serve his clients beyond identifying properties.
